Auctions and categories

You'll find the offerings through two clear entries: Auctions and Categories.

Auctions gives you an overview of all current auctions. Categories allows you to navigate directly to the type of offer you are looking for. We display the categories in which lots are currently available.

Quick search via the search bar

Use the search bar at the top to quickly search the current offerings.

As you type, relevant results appear immediately. For example, you can easily search by make, type, model, lot name or keyword.

Your view, your choice

View and sort lots in the way that's most convenient for you. You can sort by closing date, price, lot number, number of bids or number of favorites.

Want to compare lots quickly? Then choose a more compact view and display up to 70 lots on one screen.

Bidding in one click

Bidding is faster than ever. Thanks to the new bid panel, you can place a bid directly from the results page, without going to the details page first.

Bid with more confidence

In the bid panel, before you confirm, you see the bid history, the total amount including costs and VAT, the cost breakdown and the relevant conditions of the lot.

You choose between static bidding and automatic bidding. With automatic bidding, you enter your maximum amount and the system automatically raises up to that limit.

My Auctim menu

In My Auctim you manage everything related to your account in one place: bids, invoices, deposits, history, account information, bid profiles, preferences and support.

This makes it easier to keep an overview and find what's important faster.

Multiple bidding profiles

Manage private and professional bidding profiles under one email address.

Useful if you bid both personally and professionally, or if you work for multiple companies.

Quick change of bidding profile

Are you logged in and want to bid on a lot? Then you can quickly switch between your bidding profiles, without interrupting your search.

This way you can immediately choose the right profile for your bid: private, professional or for one of your companies.

Favorites & bid tracking

Save interesting lots as favorites and easily follow up on current bids from your account.

That way you won't lose track of important opportunities.

Personal history

Consult an overview of your placed bids, including time and amount.

This way you maintain more insight into your activity on Auctim.

Guarantee

For certain auctions, we require a deposit to ensure the seriousness and reliability of bids. This ensures a safe and transparent auction environment for buyers and sellers.

In My Auctim you can see your current deposit amount and the history of your deposits. You can also request the refund of your security deposit as soon as there are no outstanding obligations, such as outstanding invoices or pending bids.

Invoices

In My Auctim you can find your pro forma invoices, invoices, issue notes and payment status.

Outstanding payments can be paid digitally via Bancontact or iDEAL. These payments are registered immediately. Do you prefer to pay by bank transfer? That is also possible; keep in mind that the processing takes 1 to 2 business days on average.

Manage email preferences

Manage your category preferences in your account. This will allow us to show you more relevant updates and auctions in the future.

You can also set reminders for your favorite lots, so you get timely notifications when a lot is about to close.
