Delete your account 

Would you like to delete your Auctim account? 
You can use the form below to submit a request to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. 

After receiving your request, we will process it as soon as possible. Some data may need to be retained temporarily when required for administrative, legal, tax, security or fraud prevention purposes. 

Before you delete your account  

Once your account is deleted:

• you will no longer have access to My Auctim;
• you will no longer be able to view your bids, invoices or purchase history through your account;
• you will no longer be able to place new bids with this account;
• your personal data will be deleted or anonymised, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

If you still have active bids, unpaid invoices, pending collections, complaints or other ongoing transactions, the full deletion of your account may only be completed once these matters have been processed.
